The soul prays to be dead

The heart begins to dwell on a fatal sin

Though deep inside it wants to win

Trapped in its mind, the pathway to hope seems dim

Candles are cracked in half

No more wishes, the cake is smashed

No partying with family and friends, only with depression

Carnal minded scrabbled theory interprets distraction

Sucked in a tormenting vortex

Words become mixed and complex

Forgiveness was placed into the heart, breaking hatreds pride
